All quoted rates are in EURO (€) per room per day and are inclusive of VAT, service charges and buffet breakfast. Municipality tax: €0.87 (€0.8+VAT) per day per adult is not included and collected at the hotel.
Check-in Check Out Policy
Check-in any time after 14:00 hrs and Check-out at 12:00 noon. Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged at additional cost and subject to availability direct with the hotel. To request please contact [email protected]
Deposit
For all reservations made 4 days or more from arrival date a deposit is required. For all reservations arriving within 3 days of reservation date a full deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation for all reservations cancelled 4 or more days prior to arrival. For all reservations cancelled between 3 and the day of arrival any deposit payments will be charged as a cancellation fee. In case of a no-show the full amount of the booked accommodation will be charged. After payment has been processed a purchase with the name WWW.ANASSA.COM will appear in your bank statement.
Non Refundable Cancellation Policy
Full prepayment of the total reservation amount is required upon booking confirmation and it is non-refundable.
The hotel charges credit cards based on the above policy.
In case of failure to provide payment as above, Anassa reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further obligation and notification.
After payment has been processed a purchase with the name WWW.ANASSA.COM will appear in your bank statement.
Children Policy
Children of 14 years old and up will be charged the applicable extra adult supplement.

“Anassa” - Thanos Club Hotels Ltd registered in Cyprus with VAT code 10032781K will be processing your payment and is responsible for any refunds that might arise if a reservation is cancelled. All refunds are processed within 14 days.
