Morning Delight

Enjoy a fresh seasonal fruit plate with berries, homemade Bircher muesli, chia pudding with coconut and tropical fruit or pearl barley with honey. Also available are Greek yogurt with granola, berry compote, and chia, or a bakery basket. Choose from smoothies like Thalassa Power, Morning Boost, or Oh My Goodness. Served with Philipponnat Royale Reserve champagne, still or sparkling water, and coffee.

Afternoon Splash

Indulge in finger sandwiches with aged Jabugo ham and truffle, Alaskan king crab with lemon and crème fraîche, and Brie de Meaux with cherry tomatoes and basil. Enjoy scones with vanilla cream, lemon, and berry jam, plus raspberry financier, almond orange Florentine, yuzu macaroon, cookies, salted butter caramel, and bitter chocolate marshmallows. Served with R de Ruinart champagne and still or sparkling water.

Bubbly Sundowner (after 18:00)

Experience the exquisite Omakase (Japanese for "Trust the Chef") featuring our market fresh daily selection of uramaki, hosomaki, nigiri, and sashimi. Accompanied by exotic fresh fruits and petit fours, this evening treat is served with Billecart Salmon Brut Rosé champagne and still or sparkling water.
