We are very excited to announce our new breakfast concept, ‘Healthy Breakfast at Anassa‘, with the release of a new video to get your tastebuds tingling. Our executive chef, David Goodridge, describes the delicious menu that is being introduced to our guests at Anassa.
The new breakfast concept introduces a new energy section, which focuses on mouthwatering fruits that have been locally grown and sourced, amongst an offering of traditional Cypriot ingredients.
Tantalising fruits such as bananas, plums, apples, grapes, oranges and melons are displayed to entice our guests into taking a bite. A selection of home made jams have been made from our locally grown fruits.
We are very proud of our in-house bakery which produces a delicious array of succulent breads, croissants, pan au chocolat, muffins and other pastries that are baked to perfection daily.
Focusing on being more healthy, the new breakfast concept produces dairy and fat free foods. An array of flavourful vegetables and oils as well as grains, nuts and oats are all rich in taste and nutrition, ready for guests to enjoy.
