Commitment to Health and Safety

The health and wellbeing of our guests and employees remain our top priority. While we are committed to providing an enjoyable and carefree experience at our hotels and resorts, we also strictly follow all directives issued by the Cypriot Health Department to ensure the highest level of safety and security.

Our property has always benefited from spacious public areas, offering guests a sense of privacy and comfort. To further protect your wellbeing, we have implemented the following enhanced measures:

Sanitation and Safety Measures

1. Thorough Surface Disinfection
High-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and bathroom surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
2. Food & Beverage
• To maintain safe occupancy levels, reservations are required for all dining areas.
• Menus will be provided as single-use or will be carefully sanitized before being handed to each guest.
3. Steam Cleaning of Textiles
Textile surfaces, including upholstered furniture and wallpapered areas, are treated with steam devices at temperatures of 70°C.
4. Linen Protocols
All bed linens, bathroom towels, and comforters are cleaned after every guest’s departure.
5. Fresh Table Linen
Table linens are replaced for each new guest to ensure cleanliness in dining areas.
6. Pool Water Quality
Pool water is tested daily to maintain optimal quality. Monthly tests are conducted by an accredited external laboratory.
7. Eco-Friendly Garden Maintenance
Outdoor spaces and gardens are treated with certified bio-products to prevent the spread of insects while ensuring environmental safety.
8. Food Safety Compliance
All kitchen operations adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards, with regular inspections by health authorities.
9. Staff Training
All employees receive ongoing training in health and safety procedures, including proper handling of cleaning agents and first aid.
10. Accessible Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the hotel’s public areas for guest and staff use.
