Dine At Anassa
Anassa showcases a fresh culinary focus and deep-rooted respect for tradition. We grow our own tender herbs, make rare Cypriot delicacies and cheeses on-site, and infuse local honey with flowers from Anassa’s gardens. We support independent growers and producers, and combine our enthusiasm for heritage and creativity to delicious effect.
