Amphora’s buffets have a distinct à la carte feel: small revolving plates for optimum freshness; live stations for personalised plates; and homemade delights like Anassa Village feta, halloumi and anari, gluten-free pumpkin waffles, vegan oat and banana French toast, pastries, jams and much more.
