In the evening, Amphora introduces “Grill at Amphora”, a refined à la carte dinner concept celebrating exceptional ingredients, with a focus on grilled meat and seafood. The menu focuses on premium meat cuts from Japan and the USA, free-range, corn-fed poultry, locally sourced pork, and wild Mediterranean and line-caught Atlantic seafood, complemented by sustainably imported seafood. Seasonal vegetables are sourced locally and prepared simply, allowing quality and flavour to come through. Occasional themed buffets during high season.
