Thalassa Spa Gym Refitted with New Technogym Equipment

Anassa’s gym is completely refitted with cutting-edge equipment from Technogym. Our gym features twelve machines, four bench trainers, a dumbbell set, and exercise mats. According to personal trainer Stelios Nikolaou, the Technogym equipment “is user friendly and meets the high standard of the hotel” and supports a range of users: those who want a quick workout can jump on the treadmill, while those with a high-level fitness programme can use the functional station, which features ARKE, a set of integrated tools for core and bodyweight training. Sports trainers can use Multipower to perform a wide variety of assisted exercises for the arms and legs. Want to set up a personal exercise programme?
